Bolt Iron Man Sprint spelled out

  1. Athletes must compete in all six lifts in individual sets with breaks between sets. 
  2. BIM Sprint sets are 5 minutes in length.
  3. Athletes can choose to use any weight for each lift but can't switch weights once the set's started.
  4. Athletes score is calculated using the IKLF Volume Scoring System for each lift.
  5. All lift scores added up make for the Bolt Iron Man Score.

BOLT in a nutshell

BOLT is an endurance kettlebell lifting sport. The goal is to lift as many kilograms as possible within the competition time.

At the end of the competition, the athlete places according to how she/he scored in comparison to the other participants of the same gender, age and weight category. 

Bolt athletes can rank only at an official IKLF Bolt meet.
